In a first, the Tokyo Stock Exchange announces its intention to explore the possibility of offering night-hours stock trading in response to increasing demand from investors. A working group of 10 members from the exchange's membership brokerage houses is set to convene later this month to create a proposal, which is expected to be completed by October.
