According to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Energy, South Korea's trade surplus is shrinking more in June than initially estimated, despite exports reaching a record high. As of Tuesday, the country's trade surplus has shrunk to $2.15 billion in June, as opposed to the initially estimated $2.3 billion, and compared to $2.6 billion in June 1999.
