A group of 46 South Korean newspapers and broadcasters are visiting North Korea in a rare trip to the isolated Communist country, which has been virtually closed to the outside news media. The executives are expected to meet with North Korean leader Mr. Kim Jong Il, who invited them during his summit with South Korean President Mr. Kim Dae-jung in June. The visitors arrived in the airport outside Pyongyang, the North Korean capital, after traveling via the Chinese capital of Beijing. North Korean media executives welcomed the southern visitors with bouquets.
