Former Senator Donald Riegle Jr. of Michigan, who is currently the deputy chairman of Shandwick International, a firm that specializes in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical equipment, and energy, emphasized the need to find a way to end the embargo and establish a normal trading relationship with Cuba.
