Stephen Yao, Chief Strategy Officer of ChinaTimes.com, stated that Yahoo! Inc. has acquired a stake of approximately 4% to 5% in ChinaTimes.com, a Taiwanese company. The internet firm has the option to increase its stake up to 10% in the next one or two years.
