French mobile operator SFR, a subsidiary of Vivendi SA, announces plans to establish a network-sharing venture with UK operator Vodafone Group PLC. This partnership, set to be unveiled soon, aims to provide SFR's professional clients with global network access through Vodafone. The plan comes amidst the sale of SFR to Numericable Group SA, following a competitive takeover battle with Bouygues SA.
