Sensata Technologies announces its agreement to acquire Schrader, a tire-sensor maker, in a deal valued at $1 billion. The acquisition will expand Sensata's leadership position in pressure sensing and provide access to the growing low pressure sensor market, especially in tire pressure monitoring sensors.
