Nestlé partners with Cellular Dynamics International to study the effects of nutrients on human cells. By obtaining brain and liver cells, Nestlé aims to develop nutritionally enhanced products with potential medical benefits. The research will focus on how fatty acids interact with neurons and potential applications in aging, obesity, diabetes, and Alzheimer's. The agreement between Nestlé and Cellular Dynamics International will be announced, with financial terms undisclosed.
