Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex) sells $4 billion in bonds to refinance debt and fund capital expenditures. The issuance includes $500 million in five-year bonds, $500 million in 10-year bonds, and $3 billion in 30-year bonds. Strong demand is attributed to Mexico's recent credit upgrade and energy law reforms allowing greater private involvement. Pemex's issuance benefits from increased investor interest, prompting an increase in the 30-year tranche.
