Italian utility company Eni is close to selling its 50% stake in German gas operations to its German partner EnBW Energie Baden-Wuerttemberg AG. The deal, valued at approximately €150 million ($205 million), includes the sale of stakes in Terranets BW and Gasversorgung Sueddeutschland.
