Haitian politicians reach a last-minute agreement to establish a transitional government, preventing an immediate power vacuum. Under the agreement, parliament will elect an interim president for a four-month term, as President Michel Martelly's term comes to an end. The runoff election, previously postponed due to concerns of violence and fraud allegations, is rescheduled for April 24.
