TransCanada, the company behind the Keystone XL pipeline, files a lawsuit against the United States, alleging that the denial of cross-border permission violated the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). The project was blocked by President Barack Obama in 2015. The lawsuit seeks $15 billion in compensation.
