Google receives a patent for an adhesive, referred to as "human flypaper," designed to minimize injuries in pedestrian accidents involving their self-driving cars. The adhesive layer, positioned on the front end of the vehicle, aims to keep pedestrians adhered to the car after a collision, reducing the risk of being thrown and potentially minimizing harm.
