Unilever agrees to acquire Seventh Generation, a maker of plant-based detergents and household cleaners, expanding its presence in the "natural" cleaning products market. The deal's terms were not disclosed. Seventh Generation, with sales over $200 million in 2015, has experienced significant growth over the past decade. Unilever's potential acquisition of Honest Co. was estimated at over $1 billion, while the price for Seventh Generation is expected to be smaller.
