The United Arab Emirates announces that a passenger drone, the Chinese model eHang 184, will begin "regular operations" in Dubai from July. The autonomous drone can carry one passenger and has a 30-minute flight time. Controlled by a command center, it can reach speeds of up to 100 miles per hour and travel 31 miles on a single battery charge, signaling advancements in transportation technology.
