The largest study conducted on coffee and mortality, with over 520,000 participants across 10 European countries, found that increased coffee consumption significantly lowers the risk of mortality. Another study focused on nonwhite populations, surveying over 185,000 individuals from diverse racial backgrounds, and discovered that coffee consumption is associated with increased longevity across various races.
