The head of the UK's Financial Conduct Authority, Andrew Bailey, admits to meeting with Saudi Aramco over a potential £1.5 trillion listing on the London Stock Exchange. The regulator faces criticism for proposing changes to listing rules to accommodate state-owned companies. Saudi Arabia is considering listing Aramco only on the Riyadh exchange or accepting a private stake acquisition from a Chinese investor.
