Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune appoints Abdelaziz Djerrad, a former professor at the University of Algiers, as the new Prime Minister of Algeria. Djerrad is tasked with forming a new government. He has previously served as the director of the national school of administration in Algiers and is known for his expertise in political science.
