Fausta, the world's oldest rhinoceros, passes away in Tanzania at the age of 57. Fausta, an eastern black rhino, lived freely in the Ngorongoro crater for over 54 years before requiring specialized care in her final years due to health issues. She never had calves, which may have contributed to her remarkable longevity. Her death marks the end of an era for conservation efforts in Ngorongoro.
