President Félix Tshisekedi appoints Sylvestre Ilunga Ilukamba as the Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, ending the prolonged absence of a prime minister in the country. Ilukamba, an experienced politician and technocrat, has held various ministerial positions and is seen as an ally of former President Joseph Kabila.
