Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) announces that it will run out of storage space for over 1 million tonnes of radioactively contaminated water from its damaged Fukushima nuclear plant by 2022. Japanese Minister of the Environment Yoshiaki Harada suggests that the only option may be to drain the water into the sea and dilute it.
