Vietnam will lift COVID-19 restrictions on international passenger flights from all markets starting February 15, according to state-run newspaper Tuoi Tre. The country, which initially implemented tight border controls to combat the pandemic, aims to restore flight frequencies to pre-pandemic levels. Vietnam has already informed its partners about this policy change, except for China, which has not yet agreed to resume commercial flights. The nation has gradually resumed international flights with eased quarantine requirements and has achieved a high vaccination rate.
