Ilham Aliyev and JD Vance sign a strategic partnership in Azerbaijan today, boosting economic and security ties. Vance visited Armenia yesterday and met Nikol Pashinyan to advance a Nagorno-Karabakh peace deal. The U.S. and Armenia also reached a nuclear agreement under a Section 123 framework worth up to $9 billion in exports.
