Kim Jong-un hosts Alexander Lukashenko in North Korea, where Belarus and North Korea sign a friendship and cooperation treaty after a grand military ceremony in Pyongyang. Both countries, which face Western sanctions and support Russia in the Ukraine war, strengthen political and strategic ties and pledge closer cooperation to protect sovereignty and expand bilateral relations.
